Warm Springs, VA

Begin your visit in Warm Springs at the Visitor Center located at the Jefferson Pools. The village includes Warm Springs Presbyterian Church (dating from 1855) and the Christ Episcopal Church ((1852). The former Homestead Dairy is now home to the Dairy Market and the Homestead Preserve. The village includes several historical homes built in the mid-19th century. These include “The Chimneys”, The Criser Home, The Anderson Cottages and the Francisco Cottage. Gristmill square commands the area with its inn, restaurant, spa and shop. The mill dates from 1900. The Courthouse, replacing one which burned on this site, was erected in 1912. The Bath County Historical Society operates a museum in an old law office built in 1877. Several galleries are also located in the Warm Springs Village.
