Warwickton Manor, a magnificent brick home built by James W. Warwick in 1851, is now home to the Hidden Valley Bed & Breakfast. The lush natural beauty of the George Washington National Forest provides a peaceful and secluded location for the Manor House which is on National Register of Historic Places and is a Virginia Historic Landmark. During your stay you will enjoy a leisurely breakfast while deciding whether to go mountain biking, hiking or birding on the local trails that ring the property. Offerings include three spacious bedrooms with two Queen beds, one with two double beds and private bath. The manor is furnished with beautiful period antiques. The Summer Kitchen, built for the movie “Sommersby” filmed on site in 1993 is now open for guests desiring a more private setting. The Kitchen sleeps four and is perfect for a small family or a group of fishermen. Full kitchen, fireplaces, TVDVD and pet-friendly make the Summer Kitchen the perfect get away. Open year round.
